About the Role

Key Responsibilities


  • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap
  • Mange marketing, negotiation, finalizing orders etc. to achieve budgeted sales and meet gross margin targets
  • Build and plan the short and long-term strategy for the region and take charge of executing it on the ground
  • Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the West Zone and Quality Acquisitions.
  • Identify/Launch new markets for better penetration
  • Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of team members.
  • Demonstrate organization Way of working as per the norms defined from time to time.
  • Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance

  • Experience in Channel Sales in FMCG products
