About the Role
YouTube Thumbnail Designer & Channel Assistant We are seeking a creative, highly organized YouTube Thumbnail Designer & Channel Assistant to become the operational and visual backbone of a growing gaming-focused YouTube channel.
This unique role bridges the gap between high-impact graphic design and meticulous channel administration.
Your primary mission is to capture viewer attention in the split second they scroll past a video by designing high-performing, high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails.
When you aren't designing, you will be managing the channel's day-to-day operations—handling uploads, optimization, email correspondence, and workflow organization.
