Youth Worker

Looking for a caring and proactive individual to support student engagement and after-school supervision programmes within a secondary school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and management of the school's Canopy space
• Build positive relationships and engage students during programme hours
• Maintain accountability systems for games and equipment loan/return
• Plan and facilitate student engagement programmes and workshops
• Support students' socio-emotional learning and school connectedness
• Assist in Learning Journeys and student outings where required
• Observe and identify student support needs
• Work closely with teachers and school personnel on student progress
• Provide administrative and programme support when needed
