Job Summary

The position holder welcomes and efficiently responds to customer needs in the lumber yard in a personalized and courteous manner. They verify the accuracy of orders and handle complaints and returns. They receive merchandise from various suppliers using a forklift. They restock shelves, manage inventory, and monitor for damages. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining the yard by keeping service areas clear of debris, waste, and snow, and by adhering to health and safety standards and procedures.
