Workstream Tech Lead (Data Storage Architecture)

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Workstream Tech Lead (Data Modernization & Consolidation Program) to join one of our largest banking clients on a 6‑month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of an assigned workstream within a large‑scale data modernization and consolidation program.
• Develop and manage workstream plans, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including project managers, business analysts, data architects, security/compliance teams, and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the workstream; run status meetings and provide updates to program leadership.
• Oversee requirements gathering and ensure solutions meet business needs, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
