Workshop Supervisor - Rosebud

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to lead our team at the Rosebud Workshop.

Reporting to the Regional Workshop Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, supervising technicians and apprentices, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and operations services are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workshop staff to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Manage workflow, job allocation and work order completion
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Support, coach and develop team members
• Deliver excellent service to the operational team

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
• Optional overtime available, working on the tools completing services as required
