Workshop Manager

The company is based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, and the Workshop manager will include workflow planning, staff supervision, inventory control and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Matric / Relevant technical qualification
• Proven experience as workshop manager, supervisor or senior technician
• Strong understanding of vehicles, mechanics, or relevant techical fields
• Excellent coaching and communication and staff management skills
• Ability to handle unexpected operational issues or urgent repair needs
• Understanding of Fleet management

Duties - to name a few:

• Plan daily workshop activities, manage Work in Progress and ensure efficient workflow, equipment maintenance and tooling calibration
• Lead motivate and train techicians, supervise attendance and conduct performance reviews
