As a consultant in Employee Wellness, your primary focus is on creating and monitoring medical leave plans, supporting employees with disabilities, and facilitating their successful return to work. You will actively engage with various stakeholders to develop innovative accommodation solutions tailored to individual needs. Collaborating with management and insurers, you will address and resolve complex disability situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and lead meetings with stakeholders on accommodations
• Monitor medical documentation and employee status
• Provide consultation on job suitability and adaptive cooperation
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for HRIS
• Conduct regular assessments of employee accommodation needs
