It also requires effective management of staffing and other available resources to support operational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Schedule Management
- Support workforce management scheduling functions, ensuring the right staff are assigned to the appropriate groups and clients each day.
- Fill shift gaps in real‑time by reallocating resources or contacting available team members, focusing on maximizing coverage for various product lines of managed services including but not limited to: Virtual Nursing, Transitional Care Services, Rounding, Virtual Sitter Companions, etc.
- Process time‑off requests and track attendance.
