Workforce Management Analyst II: Forecasting & Capacity Lead

Qualfon in the Philippines is looking for an Analyst II in Workforce Management to oversee site workforce functions, manage personnel, conduct forecasting, and ensure effective reporting.

As a leader, you'll guide a diverse team and work closely with the Workforce Manager to meet both client and internal deliverables, leveraging your skills in data management and strategic planning.

A Bachelor's degree along with Supervisor and Six Sigma certifications are required, accompanied by 2–4 years of relevant experience.
