Workforce Data Coordinator

We’re looking for a Workforce Data Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected toprovide Tier 1B HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organizations procedure documents and agreed service levels with customers and stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

• Process and monitor Workday transactions (e.g., job changes, hires, terminations, compensation updates) with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide first-level support to employees and managers on Workday navigation, self-service, and issue resolution
• Manage HRIS ticket queues and ensure all requests are handled and completed within agreed SLAs
• Maintain data accuracy and security, ensuring high-quality data entry and strict compliance with confidentiality standards
