**DESCRIPTION:**
The selected candidate will become part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Corporate IT function on the Human Resources Technology Services (HRTS) team supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems, specifically in the functional domain of Compensation. In this role, the individual will plan, design, and implement efficient business and systems solutions in support of global compensation programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, systems requirements, and system capabilities. The individual will be responsible for working closely with the Compensation COE, HR Business Partners, Finance, internal IT staff, and external consultants.
