About the Role
Drive innovation in Talent Acquisition as a Workday HCM & Recruiting Analyst with Agilent Technologies. This full-time remote role focuses on improving Workday across 30+ countries.
As an integral part of Agilent's Global HR Digital Team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the Workday platform, emphasizing Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes. Your expertise will enable you to design and configure solutions that boost recruiter efficiency and candidate experiences. Your role is vital in supporting special projects and ensuring quality user testing across the global HR landscape.

• Design and administer Workday Recruiting in a global setup
• Analyze requirements alongside Talent Acquisition COE partners
• Lead continuous improvement for Talent Acquisition processes
• Conduct Workday release analysis and testing coordination
• Create and maintain user documentation as needed
