Description
:We are seeking a Workday HCM Functional Analyst in supporting, configuring, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including core HCM, Absence,Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management modules as well as related reports. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and end-users to ensure the system meets business needs and provides a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support to end-users, identify system issues, and ensure the smooth response to HCM requests.Triage all support tickets to determine which should be handled by HCM support, which require systems changes, and which should be routed to another team for management.
