Experience: 4+ years of hands‐on experience leading data conversion workstreams, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.Technical & Professional QualificationsWorkday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling, including SQL/MySQL, XML, Excel, and related data manipulation technologies.Hands‐on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.G., iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load).
