Roles and Responsibilities
- Build complete WordPress websites using a predefined block and pattern system
- Develop and structure pages including home, service, location, blog, and internal templates
- Ensure full mobile responsiveness across all devices
- Configure forms, tracking, and basic integrations as required
- Implement on-page SEO best practices (structure, headings, metadata setup)
- Optimize performance, including Core Web Vitals, caching, and compression
- Maintain consistency with established design system, naming conventions, and build standards
- Participate in development check-in meetings
- Provide weekly progress updates to the internal team
