About the Role
Larlyn is hiring a Property Manager with a Limited Licence in Windsor, focused on enhancing property operations and administrative efficiency. You will lead daily management while supporting resident interactions.
Become an integral part of Larlyn's team, closely working with the Senior Property Manager to develop skills in both site management and portfolio administration. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal abilities and a dedication to customer service to support our growing portfolio. Experience with Yardi is not necessary but would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of on-site property operations
• Perform daily inspections and report necessary maintenance
• Communicate with residents and contractors effectively
• Create purchase orders for property management needs
• Oversee contractor coordination and cleaning activities
