IT Support Technician – Bristol / Worcester
Location: Bristol (2–3 days per week) with travel to Worcester and other sites
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 + Car Allowance
Type: Fixed Term Contract
Employment is conditional upon successfully obtaining and maintaining required security clearances
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable IT Support Technician to join a growing team supporting a specialist customer environment. This is a hands-on role providing on-site technical support across multiple locations, offering excellent exposure and career development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support across customer sites (4–5 days per week)
Travel to additional locations to support projects and provide team cover
Support Windows 11 environments, including troubleshooting and log analysis
Deliver software and basic hardware support (break/fix, fault resolution)
Support core server infrastructure, including:
