About the Role
.10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in Insurance / Financial Services environment.
.Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
.Strong experience in VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration.
.Experience in production support or Site Reliability / Operations environment.
.Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
.Experience managing critical incidents and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
.Experience in scripting / automation using PowerShell preferred.
.Presentation and documentation skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
.Key Stakeholders: Infrastructure Operations, Cloud CoE, Engineering, Internal / External IA, Tech Risk and Business
