About the Role
Responsibilities
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms
- Escalating cases to L3 Infrastructure/application team if needed
- Performing regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore
- Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
- Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storage
- Liaising with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline
- Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
- 2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
- Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
