This full‑time, temporary role is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing crews, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project and client expectations. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced field environment and has a strong background in renewable energy operations.

Position Details

• Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6‑week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This will vary depending on project and client requirements.
