About the Role
A specialist steel fabrication and engineering firm based in Pontypool, Torfaen is currently seeking a permanent Welder Fabricator to join their HQ team. This is a workshop-based role focusing on the delivery of high-quality structural and bespoke fabrication projects.
Start Date : ASAP
Rate : £17.50 - £21.50 per hour (PAYE)
Hours : 40 hours per week (07:00 - 16:00 Mon-Thu | 07:00 - 14:00 Fri)
Contract : Permanent
Key Duties :
- Welding all positions MAG/Flux Core
- Carrying out high-standard welding and fabrication on structural and bespoke steel projects.
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision delivery.
- Working efficiently to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment.
