Job Advert SummaryKey Responsibilities Accurately weigh all inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods Capture and record weights, product codes, batch numbers, and quantities on the system Issue and verify weighbridge documentation (weigh slips, delivery notes, gate release notes) Check supporting documents and report discrepancies immediately Support stocktakes, audits, and reconciliation processes Monitor vehicle loading to prevent overloading or underloading Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal metrology requirements Communicate clearly with drivers, transporters, and internal teams Prepare daily and monthly weighbridge and dispatch reportsMinimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Certificate in Basic Accounting and/or Stock Control (advantageous)1–3 years’ experience in weighbridge operations, warehousing, or logisticsBasic computer literacy (ERP/SAP experience advantageous)Willingness to work shifts and extended hours when requiredCompetencies & Attributes High lev...
