**Weekend Operations Supervisor**
Our client, a long-standing and highly valued partner of ours, is a global manufacturer and technology leader serving industrial, automation, motion control, and power systems markets worldwide. They are continuing to make major investments into their southeastern Wisconsin operations, including the ongoing expansion and development of a large-scale advanced manufacturing and engineering campus in Franklin.
This is not a maintenance “babysitter” role or an office-based supervisory position.
This is a hands-on production leadership opportunity for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly influence culture, accountability, and operational performance on a critical weekend shift operation.
