Weekend Gallery Associate

As a Gallery Associate you will work closely with the gallery owner, manager and other gallery associates. We are a tight-knit team and work collaboratively to support each other to ensure the successful and smooth running of the gallery. You will be responsible for assisting customers and making sales, as well as receiving and processing incoming artwork and fine crafts. As an ideal candidate, you are a self-confident art enthusiast who possesses exceptional attention to detail, is highly organized and has strong interpersonal skills. This is a weekend position.

• Facilitate high-end luxury sales with private and corporate clients as well as designers
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone and electronically
• Enter inventory into an ecommerce website (Shopify) and custom Filemaker database
• Photograph and process incoming artworks (2D & 3D)
