Web Developer - LATAM

We're looking for a mid-to-senior Web Developer (3-5+ years) to build, maintain, and continuously improve high-performing marketing sites for law firm clients. You'll work closely with our design, SEO, and strategy teams to ship work that looks great, loads fast, and converts.

This role lives primarily in WordPress and you'll also be a key player in our migration toward a headless architecture. You should be comfortable working in a decoupled WordPress setup today and excited about helping us move toward a modern front-end stack (Astro or similar) in the near future.

• Build and maintain WordPress websites: custom themes, page builder builds (Elementor, WP Bakery), content updates, and troubleshooting
• Implement designs precisely: responsive layouts, interactions, cross-browser support
