About the Role
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related technical/vocational course
- With at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, technical testing, or electrical/electronic products handling (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledgeable in testing, troubleshooting, and basic repair of electrical or electronic products
- Familiar with warranty verification processes and proper product inspection procedures
- Has working knowledge of national and local electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations
- Able to conduct site visits and provide basic technical support during sales or product presentations
- Physically fit and capable of handling tools, equipment, and merchandise testing tasks
- Able to communicate effectively with Head Office, Technical Supervisors, and Sales Teams
