Warehouse Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to provide on-floor leadership and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations. This role will directly guide manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure strict compliance with processes, safety, and service standards.

You will act as the key point person on the floor, supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in driving efficiency, accuracy, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide warehouse associates and third-party manpower during daily operations
• Assign tasks and balance workloads across picking, packing, QC, scanning, and dispatch
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes
• Monitor productivity and address gaps in real-time
• Conduct spot checks and reinforce quality and accuracy standards
