About the Role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Ensure warehouse operations and procedures align with company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets, project milestones, and continuous improvement goals, including regular performance and development reviews
Oversee material receiving, storage, replenishment, and inventory rotation to ensure accurate stock management and first-in, first-out practices
Manage finished goods receiving, storage, and outbound shipping to support customer delivery commitments
Plan and conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual physical inventory counts, analyze variances, and implement actions to improve inventory accuracy
Promote a strong safety culture and lead S and workplace organization activities to maintain a safe, efficient, and orderly environment
