For a leading logistics company located in the Port of Ghent, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team in a 2-shift system.
In this role, you are responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse: you lead the team, optimize workflows, ensure safety and guarantee smooth inbound and outbound flows. You are the link between planning, logistics and the shop floor.
You take charge of:
Leading and coaching warehouse staff through briefings, follow-ups and training
Planning and organizing all daily warehouse activities to meet deadlines
Optimizing warehouse layout and processes for speed and efficiency
