Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff, providing training, direction, and performance feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance and usage.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock movement, and staff productivity.
