Warehouse Section Manager - Days - Core

Job Description

As a Section Manager, you’ll support the running of the evening shift working closely with other Managers and Supervisors to lead the team(s), focusing on performance and talent management for all team members, supporting personal development plans alongside coaching and upskilling to deliver for our Operation and our valued Customers.

You’ll also work with key stakeholders including Strategic Planning, Core Operations, Automation, Flow Room, and ICQA and other functions including IT, H&S, HR Business Partner/People team and Agency Supplier Partners assuring daily targets are met. You’ll own the Lux agenda with the Lux team and take responsibility for delivering OKRs.
