Warehouse Operations Manager

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. This role is accountable for ensuring operational performance, customer satisfaction, and budget targets are achieved within a 24/7, single-client environment.

As the primary point of contact for the customer, the Warehouse Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing ongoing communication, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

This is a unique opportunity to support the launch and development of a new operation, including building processes, contributing to operational design, and participating in hiring and developing the team.
