Warehouse Material Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities

I. Material Management

1. Maintain warehouse material master data (manage material information and ensure system data accuracy).
2. Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and slow-moving/obsolete materials.
3. Follow up on production cycles, delivery schedules, and quality-related issues.

II. Cross-Department Coordination and Communication

1. Assist the purchasing department in optimizing procurement plans.
2. Coordinate with purchasing, sales/marketing, finance, and other related departments to ensure timely communication of material and inventory information.
3. Assist in handling exceptions such as material shortages.

III. Inventory Reporting and Data Management

1. Analyze material status based on warehouse inbound and outbound reports as well as inventory reports.
2. Classify and archive data to ensure traceability.
