Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of stock control, logistics, and warehouse operations for a fast-growing business based in Muizenberg.This is a critical role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across receiving, dispatch, stock accuracy, and team management.

Duties will include:

• Overseeing receiving and dispatch of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Ensuring 100% stock accuracy between physical stock and system records
• Managing daily logistics and order fulfilment to ensure all orders go out in full and on time
• Leading and developing a warehouse team, including supervisors and casual staff
• Running stock counts, cycle counts, and preparing for peak periods (e.g. sales events)
• Maintaining systems and workflows (ClickUp or similar) to keep operations running smoothly
