- Supervise the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and products
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control systems
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery and transportation costs
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal department for smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and orderliness
- Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse and logistics performance
- Lead, train and evaluate warehouse and logistics staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Identify process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
