Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Warehouse Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facility. This role goes beyond daily cleaning to include equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor systems, floor scrubbers).
Inspect the facility regularly to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or pest control issues; take corrective action promptly.
