About the Role
Warehouse High Reach Operator Do it Best is ready to help you build your full-time, long-term career in our Dixon, IL distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), healthcare, quarterly bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:
+ Earn up to $25.45 /hr
+ Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
+ Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
