About the Role
Job Description
The candidate will be key point of contact for our customers to fulfil orders as well as to liaise with the warehouse to ensure that shipments are processed timely and accurately. All candidates will be analytical and customer service-oriented.
Job Responsibilities- Will be required to support the achievement of meeting customers’ KPI by providing high quality customer service. Effective communication with up and downstream stakeholders e.g. clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers and other offices/facilities is essential
- Follow up with customer inquiry and provide information about services, products and to process orders
- Order creation and customer account management in SAP/WMS
- Backorder and returns management
