Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers on operational matters
  • Manage customer expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs
  • Provide timely updates on:
    • Order status
    • Inventory levels
    • Operational issues or delays
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively
