Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Distribution Centre, the Warehouse Administrator provides administrative support for the Distribution Centre (DC). The position is the main point of contact at the DC and coordinates the communication flow to facilitate smooth warehouse operations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Health and Safety program, including document management, system reporting, and act as an active member of the health and safety committee.
- Execute daily warehouse and inventory control administration requirements.
- Collaborate with UFA purchasing to work on vendor claims/issues for receiving.
- Check in visitors, contractors and drivers and provide Safety orientation for the warehouse.
