We are seeking a Geographic Information System (GIS) and Data Analytics Specialist with immediate availability to support the Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) Feasibility Study for the Philippine Department of Transportation and the Philippine Coast Guard. This multidisciplinary and multinational project will develop a roadmap for a modern, integrated VTMS for the Philippines to enhance maritime safety, navigation efficiency, environmental protection, and maritime domain awareness.
