VP/AVP Voice AI Engineering

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI voicebots.
• Integrate STT, TTS, LLMs, telephony systems, APIs, and CRMs.
• Build and optimize conversational flows, prompts, and agent logic.
• Ensure high accuracy, low latency, scalability, and reliability.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
  

Required Skill:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Mandatory: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing production-grade voicebots in a live customer environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with STT, TTS, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Voice AI platforms.
