About the Role
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI voicebots.
- Integrate STT, TTS, LLMs, telephony systems, APIs, and CRMs.
- Build and optimize conversational flows, prompts, and agent logic.
- Ensure high accuracy, low latency, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.
Required Skill:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing production-grade voicebots in a live customer environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with STT, TTS, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Voice AI platforms.
