About the Role
Purpose:
Reporting to the SVP, CFO Bermuda, the VP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key position in the Bermuda Finance team responsible for leading the FP&A function for Athene’s nine regulated Bermuda entities, including two investment sidecars, and acting as a key strategic partner to the CFO and Bermuda executive team.
Accountabilities:
Deliver high quality management reporting and variance analysis on a US GAAP, Bermuda Statutory and EBS basis for all Athene Bermuda entities
Lead the annual planning and quarterly projection process on all accounting bases
Prepare quarterly earnings materials for local and Group management, and present results to all Bermuda Boards and Audit Committees
Support evaluation of strategic opportunities, including new business initiatives
Act as key Finance business partner for sidecar leadership team
