Role Overview

We are looking for a senior techno-functional leader with strong experience in banking engineering, delivery, and solution design. The role requires a blend of hands-on solution design, team leadership, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product-base engineering and delivery of banking solutions (Lending) for Tier-1 Bank
• Work closely with clients on solutioning, techno-functional consulting, and presales
• Own client delivery, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements and scalability
• Manage large engineering teams and ensure high-quality delivery
