Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create the Scale-Up Readiness Diagnostic Tool
• Implement the tool with selected organizations
• Assess and improve market entry readiness
• Collaborate with executive teams on organizational strategies
• Conduct training to enhance business processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Expertise in planning and organizational management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in training and development
