Omni PCX Enterprise (OXE) or Alcatel Open Touch (OT) experience.
Strong working knowledge on VoIP and Telephony.
Intermediate VMware experience.
Able to Work with users/IT teams to troubleshoot and solve operational issues
Alcatel Omni PCX Office (OXO) experience is highly advantageous.
Alcatel Omni Vista 8770 Software experience is highly advantageous.
Hotel and Call Center Customer is highly advantageous.
Project management/delivery experience.
Develop supporting documentation including requirement specifications.
VOIP monitor experience. Level 2, Level 1 support for Business and Hotel Customers.
Voice services architecture and design.
Develop migration plans from stand-alone PBX to PBX over the cloud.
Develop, maintain and operate the existing PBX system.
