The role is responsible for managing Virtual IT Infrastructure, systems support, applications and telecommunications for Singapore office. It entails working cohesively with various team members or system owners to provide technical support, deliver BAU and projects within the agreed SLA. He/she will mainly cover infrastructure BAU activities in Singapore office and regional branches support.
This position requires working on weekends (as and when needed) as system changes can only be carried out on weekends. This is to avoid disruption to our day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
. Assume responsibility for administration, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and overall support of multiple VMware systems.
. Maintain and restore VMware backups and snapshots.
. Support VMware Horizon (VDI), vROPs, Win10 imaging and optimization, Dell Wyse Thin Clients and WDM, AD-GPO, Windows Server , ...
