The Visual Merchandising Manager National Standards will lead the Visual Merchandising unit for MR. DIY Philippines, owning the end-to-end standardization, rollout, and governance of visual merchandising across all stores nationwide. This managerial role will sit within the Visual Merchandising team and will be assigned to lead initiatives for Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao while partnering with RTM Heads to ensure consistent brand presentation and measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain national visual merchandising standards covering store layout, fixture placement, signage, POS displays, window treatments, seasonal and promotional guidelines, and planogram templates.
• Create implementation playbooks and toolkits (visual guides, annotated planograms, fixture specs, signage templates, installation checklists) for use by regional teams and store opera...
