Job Requirements

• A recognized diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling, Interior Design, or a closely related creative field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven, hands‑on visual merchandising experience within a massive fast‑fashion or large‑format department store environment.
• Exceptional physical stamina and flexibility to work strict overnight mall shifts to execute complex window setups and full‑store seasonal changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visually compelling, brand‑compliant window displays and interior floor setups across flagship Centrepoint stores based on strict corporate planograms.
• Collaborate directly with Store Managers to strategically reposition slow‑moving inventory and highlight promotional high‑margin products to maximize footfall conversion rates.
